HarddiskOgg takes a wave input stream from any Windows sound device (including microphone input and line in) and converts it to an Ogg Vorbis/Wave/Monkey's Audio/MP3 stream. This happens in real time so if you can hear it via your sound card (TV, LP, Cassette, Real media) you can record it to hard disk.
